Pages Episode 27 Now Live; and Some Insight into My Own Bondage Live

Pages from the University de Sade is now live on non-Kindle e-Readers and should be live on Kindle tomorrow. (Check my Amazon author page for updates.)  Liz has led Ellie into the woods, bound her and taken away her sight and hearing.  On the way back they run into Cutter who is on his way to his own late-night tryst.

A lot of my ideas come from my own experiences in the world of BDSM. I’ve been into it as far as I can remember, working rope into my masturbatory sessions as a youth. I didn’t get to practice any of it until I was 25. It was somewhat disappointingly late, but at the same time I think the extra years of maturity helped me approach it with the right mindset. I don’t think I would have been a bad Dom in my early twenties, but I think the learning would have been a lot more painful.

That’s one of the motivations for writing Pages…I wish I had had something to guide me at those ages instead of piecing it together by watching porn. I think a lot of BDSM fiction tends to focus on the sex, but I want to tackle the other stuff too. Even serious lifestyle couples usually aren’t in Dom/sub modes all the time. There are many facets to a kinky relationship outside the bondage and I don’t think that’s shown enough. I also think there is a lot of subtlety to BDSM beyond tying someone up and ramming your cock down their throat and I want to show that.

Officially I am a switch I suppose, but I usually tend to prefer Domming. My interests, as you can probably glean from reading Pages, are rope bondage and oral sex with a little bit of humiliation and impact play thrown in. A lot of my experiences make it into Pages in one way or another, and a lot are complete fiction. A lot are things I think are interesting to explore in writing but are things I don’t care to, or can’t try. (I don’t have a vagina, for example.)
